"Hi there, Let`s talk about the pentatonic licks. You know thet these licks are the most used of the guitarists, especially of blues players.I want to show you my vision about the pentatonics.Every player knows oldfashioned, overused blueslicks.By this reason I like to play pentatonics using 3 note per string-pentatonics,string skipping, tapping to create innovative licks and ideas.

In my first part examples 1 & 2 are 3 note per string-pentatonics according with tapping. They sounds very fliud and smooth!

Ex 1 Fast Ex 1 Slow

Ex 2 Fast Ex 2 Slow

Example 3 is a “Howe-ism”,I mean technique very used of Greg Howe, exactly “tap-pull-retap” techniques with repetitive tones.

Ex 3 Fast Ex 3 Slow

Example 4- there`s hammer-ons and tapping on different strings!!!

Ex 4 Fast Ex 4 Slow
