Freewheeler Demo
London UK Party Rock/Glam Metal
Well party rock fans, we have
a new band for you, Freewheeler from London! If you miss the days when
rock and roll used to be about rockin' hard then these guys are your band!
This music will defiantly attract the girls! Freewheeler is what fun music
is supposed to sound like. They write upbeat radio friend songs that will
have you jamming night along! Song one "Whiskey & the Pills"
is a high octane radio rocker that will bring down any house! The main
guitar riff is in your face and keeps your head bouncing. You'll find
yourself singing along with Seb as he belts out some fine rock and roll
vocals. I loved the chorus line in this one as well. I swear if this song
hit the radio it would soar to #1 on the rock charts! "This is Rock
and Roll" breaks into a super catchy guitar riff and gets rockin'
right away. Seb's vocals reminds me of Mick Jagger. Just imagine Mick
in Cinderella during the "Nightsong" area and boom you have
Freewheeler! This song is radio ready my friends, and you will find yourself
putting this one on an infinite loop. I really dug Peter's main lead,
it was super upbeat and really locked into the vibe of the song with some
bad a pentatonic phrasings and soulful bends. Its great to see that
bands still know how to rock out! "Man Not a Woman" is the comic
relief of the demo. I think you can figure out what its about from the
title. Guess what! Its another radio ready tune. The bass lines in the
track were really upbeat and were some of the best walking base lines
I've heard in a real long time. Thanks to Ms. Sofie. Yes boys, that's
right a female bassist and man can she lay down a sexy groove! Russ's
drum performance kept every song moving along, and helped establish that
upbeat party rock we all love! If your looking for a good time pop in
some Freewheeler. They're action packed with hard hitting radio friendly
songs and just down and dirty rock and roll. If you like bands like Poison
and Cinderella you'll love Freewheeler. In closing, lets just say this
song gets tones of cd time in my car!
